A: The doorbell has an anti-thief system alarm, any movement of removing of your doorbell, you will receive an alarm notification on your phone, and the doorbell will also make a loud alarm sound.
Q: How far can the receiver and the doorbell to be placed apart?
A: If your home door is made of a metal material it is highly recommended that you place the doorbell on the side of the door, as the metal material can interfere with the signal.
Q: What does it mean to give away two days of permanent cloud records.
A: You can view nearly 2 days of video message recordings in smart watchers for free.
Q: The battery is low do I need to remove the device off the wall or door to charge it?
A: Doorbell charging requires just the device to be removed, without removing the attached backplate and the doorbell is tested for up to 3-4 months with a battery capacity of 5,000 mAh.
Q: How do I watch my recording thru the SD Card recording? What will happen after the memory card is full?
A: After insert SD card you can simply watch the recorded playback via the apps, does not require to remove the SD card. After the memory card is full it will auto overwrite.

Q: Can your camera connect to 5G ?
A: Our doorbell cannot connect to 5G network and only 2.4G. Please check if your router support 2.4G network
